OUR VISION

We provide data visualization education and services to organizations that are seeking to better understand and leverage their data.

We help organizations evolve their business reporting by migrating from overwhelming spreadsheets to dashboards with reusable templates and development processes.

We don't just do; we teach. We focus on delivering a solid foundation for data visualization programs by providing the training and reusable resources to enable all teams to tell impactful stories with their data and branding.

OUR FOUNDER

Gina Mulligan (formerly Bremer) is a leader in the field of data visualization and storytelling. She specializes in data visualization, data storytelling, visual design and business intelligence strategy. Gina is an expert in data visualization development infrastructure, process and project management and is the inventor of the LV5D data viz development methodology.

Gina currently serves as the department chair and instructor for the Data Management and Analytics, AAS at Skagit Valley College with a goal of educating the next generation of data professionals. She is responsible for the curriculum, instruction, and student advising for the program.

In her career, Gina has grown her expertise through:

  • producing data visualizations for 15+ companies including Fortune 500 and non-profits working in Tableau, Microsoft Power BI and Google Looker Studio in consulting and full-time positions

  • teaching data visualization for the University of Washington Data Visualization Certificate Program

  • leading the Seattle Tableau User Group and Bellingham Tableau User Group

  • serving on the board of the Technology Alliance Group NW (TAGNW)

  • speaking at the 2016 Tableau Conference

  • being recognized by Tableau as one of the first 20 international Tableau Public Ambassadors

OUR cto

John began his high-tech career working for 10 years as linguist in the US Air Force and reserve. After earning a BA in Applied Linguistics John joined Boeing Computer Services Artificial Intelligence Center working as a computational linguist helping to develop a computer program that could read and understand tens of thousands of pages of Boeing aircraft maintenance manuals.

John enjoyed a 32 year career at Boeing working as a computer researcher, software architect and developer, and product manager. He shares many inventions and 5 patent applications for his work on production applications including the Boeing Simplified English Checker (Boeing: Simplified English Checker), the Boeing Collaborative Document Reviewer, and the Boeing ATOM Augmented Reality application for MS HoloLens (RAAF uses HoloLens mixed-reality device for C-17A maintenance (airforce-technology.com). John has a Masters degree in Information Technology with a focus on cloud computing.

Outside of work John has done lots of fun stuff over the years. He loves to ski on both the water and the snow with his wife and kids, grandson and extended family spending the summer on Lake Samish, Fall in Sicily and Winter at Mt. Baker. John enjoys travel, salsa dancing, yoga, rock and roll guitar, great food and studying Italian.
